<p class="dtm-content">I think that you are right in thinking that the new soap disagrees with you.<br />
That can in fact be the cause of both infections, and by the way, Thrush can and probably in your case did cause the UTI also.</p>

<h2>Help!! Question about Medical Insurance?</h2>
<p>My wife had surgery a year ago to get rid of endometriosis, a very <strong>common</strong> <strong>feminine</strong> problem. She decided to leave her job afterwards, so we lost our insurance benefits. We are trying to get on insurance now, and my wife has been denied because of the operation. I currently have insurance at Kaiser Permanente. I would like my wife on my plan, but they denied her when we both applied, but they allowed me to join. How do I get her on insurance? Is there any advice or resources that anyone can refer us to? Thank you.<br />
We are both 24.</p>

<h3>admin answers:</h3>
<p class="dtm-content">They see the surgery as a pre-existing condition. Meaning (they think) she is going to have to keep having problems with the endometriosis and they&#8217;re going to have to keep paying. If health insurance companies can save money and backstab the little guy, they do. Sorry. Save money to pay cash for doctor&#8217;s appt.s also, if you cant get health insurance for her and she does get sick my advice (and what alot of people do) is to go to the Emergency room. They don&#8217;t make you pay up front and will also work out a payment plan with you. Hope this helps. Give it some time and they might not see it as a pre-exsiting condition as long as she doesn&#8217;t have anymore problems with it.</p>

<h2>Ohyay~Armpits that burn, peel, and itch?Dx?</h2>
<p>Alright, so probably around October of 2008 my armpits itched like you wouldn&#8217;t believe. I think I had been using RightGuard for men (for lack of an inexpensive, aluminum-free, <strong>feminine</strong> deodorant) as a deodorant for the years before, but suddenly I had this TERRIBLE <strong>itch</strong> under my arms.:/ From itching, it developed a rash and I couldn&#8217;t apply any deodorant, as natural ones burned, antiperspirants itched, and wearing nothing of course smelled bad and itched as well. I&#8217;ve switched around from Arm &amp; Hammer, Degree, and now I&#8217;m using Tom&#8217;s.</p>
<p>When I started using Tom&#8217;s Lavender with Hops back in June, EVERY symptom stopped and I was so relieved. Then recently, this whole rash thing has started all over again and I&#8217;m at a loss for what to do (besides visit a doctor, which is my intention soon). It peels and now the deodorant FOAMS when it comes in contact with my arm. I&#8217;ve read people have been having the same symptoms and blame it on their deodorant or sensitive skin, however, I do not have sensitive skin anywhere else but there&#8211;and how is it that I can be allergic to every deodorant and ingredient that touches my skin?</p>
<p>Ugh, I&#8217;d love some advice, thanks for listening~<br />

<h2>Feminine Question: Rash or Friction burn or Chemical burn? Need Advice badly?</h2>
<p>okay, so i havent had sex in a very very long time, and recently i have found my self a male companion i am very friendly with sexually. so ive gone from no sex to alot of sex very quickly. the out side edges of my vagina is red and swollen and <strong>burn</strong> very badly, im fairly certain its friction <strong>burn</strong>. ive expirienced this same thing before, i know its not an STD, i just burns and itches and the skin is very irritated and i&#8217;m absolutely miserable. now keep in mind, it didnt hurt this bad at first, but after rubbing and bothering it for a while it has gottan progressively worse over the past few days. its only been going on as bad as it is now for 2 days, last time this happened it lasted maybe a week or more. so i imagine i was dealing with it wrong. i am using, as i had before, vagisil, and as before, burns fairly badly then gets better. i wasnt sure if its supposed to feel like that bc its made that way or if im just further irratating the skin with harsh chemicals. i tried neosporin but that doesnt seem to help after a while. I cant describe how miserable i am. Please give me some way to end this and feel better!!<br />
Delirious thanks so much for your help! my roomate was telling me just a minute ago that shes had this too. its just so miserable i feel like some rabid desperate animal to make it stop lol i was about in hysterics earlier. will that stuff u suggested be bad for genital areas like that tho? like you know personally that it works and wont make it 1000 times worse? lol</p>

<p class="dtm-content">Mandi, I need you to listen to me honey. First of all don&#8217;t freak out this is not only a common occurrence but it can be fixed fairly easy but there are a few things you need to do if you want to get better. First and best thing for your rash is to get rid of your panties for a while and wear loose fabric bottoms or nothing at all as much as you possibly can. The more air you get to your vagina the better off you will be. Next, I recommend going out and getting a tube of Desitin. Now I know its diaper rash ointment but its gentle on sensitive rashes such as this and it also has good healing properties that aren&#8217;t so chemically harsh. Lastly and I cant stress this enough you have to refrain from sex for a few days while pampering. 3-5 days should do you well (I know I know) but its for the best trust me. Now what I&#8217;m about to suggest is just preventative for avoiding this in the future. If either of you have an abundance of pubic hair around the sides of your genitals shave it off especially if you plan on having such vigorous sex. If you&#8217;re uncomfortable asking him to do this, make it fun and offer to do it for him and/or bribe him with a reward of your discretion (oral or of the like) Take care of yourself and I hope this helps.</p>

<h2>Can a woman develop a problem in her feminine areas if she sits down too much?</h2>
<p>My daughter broke her lower leg and dislocated her ankle in a fall a few weeks ago and her doctor won&#8217;t let her put any weight on it. Her leg is in a hard cast from the knee to toe, so to keep herself amused, she&#8217;s been sitting at her computer from 8 to 9 hours a day. When I visited her she said everything was fine, but said for some reason she&#8217;s developed a burning and itching in her &#8220;private&#8221; areas. I wondered if so much sitting has contributed to this.</p>

<p class="dtm-content">It might if she is wearing tight clothing as the residual soap could be causing a reaction. Also has her diet changed? Is she eating more sugar, breads, snacks than normal &#8211; it could be a yeast infection as well. It is worth mentioning to her health care provider just to be sure that something more serious is not going on.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You&#8217;re reading my uncensored review of what I really thought about <span class="aft-manager-keyword">BV</span> Miracle     &#8211; Sherry Fields here!</p>
<p>Note that this is a review. If you&#8217;re looking for the official BV Miracle website, then click here: <a title="BV Miracle" rel="nofollow" href="http://bit.ly/BVMiracle" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>BV Miracle</strong></span></a></p>
<p>Why am I writing this? Well, when I was thinking of buying BV Miracle, there weren&#8217;t many real reviews around.</p>
<p>So, I thought I&#8217;d do a quick write-up to help any of you who are in the same position I was.</p>
<p>But be warned, I&#8217;ll be going into the good and the bad points of BV Miracle, so if that&#8217;s not something you want to read, you might may as well leave now.</p>
<h1>My first impressions of BV Miracle:</h1>
<p>When preparing to write my BV Miracle review, I was quite frankly shocked. Today there are many products online that claim to have &#8220;the answer&#8221; &#8220;the cure&#8221;, but are mainly just mashed up pieces of information to build out their ebook.</p>
<p>BV Miracle is as far from that as it can get. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a lot of research was done to get the whole story and present them in a very readable way.</p>
<p>The table of contents is four pages long! This product does not meander and leave you confused about the issues surrounding <span class="aft-manager-keyword">bacterial vaginosis</span>. With a very thoughtful and progressive introduction to BV, the book continues looking at what every woman wants to know &#8211; is it curable.</p>
<p>Before that can be answered it is important that the reader really understand what BV is, what are its symptoms, how is it diagnosed, are there complications and finally what are the treatment options. BV Miracle covers these questions completely.</p>
<h2>The top 5 things that I learned from BV Miracle:</h2>
<p>1. Bacterial Vaginosis is the most common infection of all women of childbearing age.</p>
<p>2. There are over 17 known causes of BV.</p>
<p>3. Over half of women infected with bacterial vaginosis have no symptoms at all.</p>
<p>4. It is very important to have a clear diagnosis, so that proper treatment can be applied.</p>
<p>5. Natural treatments are numerous and varied and include herbs, homeopathy, specific baths, douches, dietary changes, life style changes, replacing the good bacteria and taking supplements to not only fight infection but build up your immune system.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Vagina.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-286" title="Vagina" src="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Vagina.jpg" alt="alt=&quot;BV Miracle&quot;" width="199" height="296" /></a></p>
<h2>What I find most useful about BV Miracle:</h2>
<p>In this BV Miracle Review it is important to point out how comprehensive this ebook really is! All of the allopathic options are discussed clearly without bias and even support in some cases, as well as the naturopathic approach.</p>
<p>Women today need all the information and resources available to make an informed decision about the care of their bodies. There are noted resources throughout the book as well as three pages of bibliography at the end, for everyone to pursue more/varied data on subjects discussed.</p>
<p>The clear concise way the book is laid out will make it a useful reference for all women to keep and share with daughters, other family members and friends.</p>
<h2>Who would benefit from purchasing BV Miracle:</h2>
<p>Women who are experiencing symptoms of bacterial vaginosis &#8211; vaginal discharge, odor, itching or burning sensations in the vaginal area or during sex or during urination will benefit immediately.</p>
<ul>
<li>Women who have BV recurring will finally have information to deal with the cause of bacterial vaginosis, treat it and get on with their lives.<a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Couple1.jpg"><img class="alignright size-full wp-image-288" title="Couple" src="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Couple1.jpg" alt="alt=&quot;BV Miracle&quot;" width="196" height="258" /></a></li>
<li>Women who are pregnant, as BV can cause complications such as premature delivery and low birth weight babies, or even an ectopic pregnancy.</li>
<li>Women who have a new sexual partner, or multiple partners and women in lesbian relationships.</li>
<li>Women who smoke.</li>
<li>Women who douche frequently with perfumed products, or frequently have perfumed baths.</li>
<li>Women who lead stressful lives and don&#8217;t take the necessary time or steps to relax and rejuvenate.</li>
<li>Women who lack essential nutrients &#8211; often from following restrictive diets.</li>
<li>Women who have poor sleep patterns.</li>
</ul>
<h2>What I think was left out of BV Miracle:</h2>
<p>As comprehensive as BV Miracle is, this is not a source of medical case studies or clinical studies reported in the medical journals. BV is still enigmatic for the medical community and they freely admit they do not know the exact cause and have been frustrated finding a cure. At best they provide relief through antibiotics, knowing that the disease will reoccur.</p>
<p>To be fair in my BV Miracle Review, this is one woman&#8217;s journey and how she found a permanent cure. From the content it is clear that she researched all possible areas to find the best information to cure bacterial vaginosis and succeeded. Often in the naturopathic world there is not sufficient funding to provide ongoing research and empirical evidence to support subjective testimonies.</p>
<h2>How quickly BV Miracle can help someone:</h2>
<p>Some women report relief from symptoms in as little as 3 or 4 days. However to fully treat bacterial vaginosis you need to address all of the other issues mentioned previously, such as dietary changes, life style changes and supplementation.</p>
<p>Building your immune system is an integral part of a &#8216;cure&#8217;. It is important not to skip this step. In order to rid your body of the infection and stop re-infection you need to take supplements to rebuild your immune system.</p>
<h3>Proof that BV Miracle really works:</h3>
<p>This is the author Megan MacDonald&#8217;s story:</p>
<p>&#8220;After years of struggling with BV I have to tell you there is nothing as embarrassing, as painful, or as annoying as having re-occurring bacterial vaginosis infection. It&#8217;s difficult to deal with, difficult to have a sexual relationship with, and almost impossible to live with.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I tried everything. From the drugs to different drugs to the suppositories and even more drugs. Nothing worked. The first round of drugs worked for a week and then I started having sex again with my boyfriend and I swear it came back overnight.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I hated it and my life for so long. Now I have to tell you that my BV is finally gone! Not just gone for a week or two, but gone as in forever! It&#8217;s such a relief. I can&#8217;t believe it. My self confidence is back. I&#8217;m back!&#8221;</p>
<h2>Additional skills or tools needed to get the most out of BV Miracle:</h2>
<p>There aren&#8217;t any skills or tools needed, but you will have to be committed to achieving your goal and do all of the steps involved. It may mean that you will have to buy supplements, or make better food choices, reduce your stress and quit smoking. But the relief will be worth it.</p>
<h2>My final words about BV Miracle:</h2>
<p>In summary, if you have been suffering from bacterial vaginosis you will benefit from the book BV Miracle. <p>Choose the most effective <a href="http://63288vqcncrbncba59xcs61h7f.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=<span class="aft-manager-keyword">BV</span>F" target="_blank">bacterial vaginosis treatment</a> for your symptoms.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s been estimated that 25% of women who have symptoms of bacterial vaginosis, also known as BV have noticed that their symptoms have disappeared on their own. It&#8217;s also true that many women who have bacterial vaginosis have shown no signs or symptoms at all.</p>
<h2>Symptoms That Indicate Bacterial Vaginosis Treatment Is Necessary</h2>
<p>The reason for bacterial vaginosis is due to an overgrowth of bacteria in the vagina. There are many natural bacteria that reside in the vagina, but once this becomes imbalanced that causes the overgrowth. Researchers at this time cannot pinpoint just one cause of this type of vaginitis. What they do know however, is that the vagina is naturally acidic and that there are many things that will alter the PH levels. Simple things like perfumed bubble bath, scented &#8220;freshness&#8221; douches or even sperm which is much less acidic.<a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/BubbleBath.jpg"><img class="size-thumbnail wp-image-341 alignright" title="BubbleBath" src="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/BubbleBath-150x150.jpg" alt="alt=&quot;bacterial vaginosis treatment&quot;" width="150" height="150" /></a></p>
<p>One of the most common symptoms is a discharge, usually thin and white or gray in color. Often this discharge will have a particularly strong fish smell, especially after intercourse.</p>
<p>Whether it&#8217;s your first case of this type of vaginitis, or it&#8217;s a reoccurring episode, there are several different bacterial vaginosis treatments available.</p>
<h3>Different Kinds of Bacterial Vaginosis Treatment</h3>
<p>One of the best bacterial vaginosis treatment products that can be used is garlic capsules. Garlic is known for its high antibacterial and anti fungal properties. These capsules can be taken orally, but there are also garlic suppositories that can be inserted directly into the vagina. It is important to keep the suppository in place long enough for it to be effective. You can use a tampon to keep it from leaking having inserted the garlic just before bed.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Garlic.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-340" title="Garlic" src="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/Garlic-300x187.jpg" alt="alt=&quot;bacterial vaginosis treatment&quot;" width="300" height="187" /></a></p>
<p>Other forms of natural <a href="http://63288vqcncrbncba59xcs61h7f.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=BVF" target="_blank">bacterial vaginosis treatment</a> can also include: Tea tree oil, golden seal or tracheal just to name a few. Many of these natural remedies can be taken in capsule form and some may also be taken in the form of a drink which can be taken right before you go to bed. These forms of natural bacterial vaginosis treatment can help to save you money and time, instead of going to visit your doctor.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/ionscan_instrument.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-338 alignright" title="ionscan_instrument" src="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/ionscan_instrument-225x300.jpg" alt="alt=&quot;bacterial vaginosis treatment&quot;" width="225" height="300" /></a></p>
<p>If you are unsure if you have BV, before trying to find a natural bacterial vaginosis treatment it would be a good idea to visit with your doctor. There are specific tests that can be done to verify the diagnosis.</p>
<p>If  you do  visit your doctor, and it&#8217;s been determined that you do have BV, then he or she will prescribe some form of antibiotic. You will probably be given a form of oral antibiotic or a form of vaginal antibiotic that can be taken by applicator to allow the right amount of medication. Just remember that this is a temporary fix. The drugs will alleviate the symptoms but will not restore the natural PH balance, in fact it works against that balance by destroying all bacteria.</p>
<p>If you would like a permanent solution, a bacterial vaginosis treatment that clears up the symptoms and restores the proper acidic balance and teaches you how to stay symptom free then read my <a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/bacterial-vaginosis-freedom">Bacterial Vaginosis Freedom Review</a>.</p>
<p>Bacterial vaginosis has been known to be confused with other forms of vaginitis such as a yeast infection or trichomoniasis. So you may want to consult your doctor first, before you begin your bacterial vaginosis treatment.</p>

<h1 style="text-align: center;">Pay Attention To Your Body</h1>
<p>Noticing that some things are off with your body, wondering what&#8217;s going on, fearing the worst. There are a number of tell tale BV symptoms you can be on the look out for to see if you need to go to the doctor. Below I have listed the most common symptoms for sufferers of BV so that you can see if you may have it.</p>
<h2>Connecting The Dots &#8230; BV Symptoms</h2>
<p>The first of a few BV symptoms that you will notice and quite possible the one that will make you most self conscious, will be a fishy odor from your vagina, this is pretty much a guarantee that you have BV, immediately go to the doctor and get checked out. This odor will become stronger and more noticeable directly after intercourse. A white and grayish vaginal discharge is also a very common occurrence with vaginosis and as well is more prevalent after sex. These two are the primary <a title="<span class="aft-manager-keyword">Bacterial Vaginosis</span> Treatment Review" href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/" target="_self">BV symptoms</a> and are almost always present in cases of BV.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/FemaleDoctor.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-225" title="Beautiful Doctor or Nurse 16" src="http://www.bacterialvaginosistreatmentreview.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/FemaleDoctor-200x300.jpg" alt="BV Symptoms" width="200" height="300" alt="BV Symptoms"/></a></p>
<h3>Additional Secondary BV Symptoms</h3>
<p>Are you noticing redness and itching of the vaginal area, these are also common secondary BV symptoms. Painful intercourse and painful urination can also be tips that you have BV. If you notice any of these BV symptoms you should consult your doctor immediately.</p>
<p>Once your doctor has discerned whether or not you have vaginosis they will most likely prescribe antibiotics that will clear up the issue&#8230;for now. I myself prefer to use natural methods to clear up my BV; these methods have helped me to get rid of it once and for all. Be on the lookout for these BV symptoms as 1 in 3 women will get in their lifetime.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Natural Cures For <span class="aft-manager-keyword">Bacterial Vaginosis</span>
<p>Any woman can develop a case of Bacterial Vaginosis or <span class="aft-manager-keyword">BV</span>. BV is not an infection. It is an inflammation which occurs in the vagina when there is an overgrowth of anaerobic bacteria and an organism called Gardnerella. If you are amongst the people who suffer from it, you may wonder what you should take to take away the irritating itch or the unbearable burning sensation or the unpleasant musky vaginal odor. Maybe you have tried every possible medical and prescribed treatment but you just can&#8217;t seem to find the right cure for it. Have you ever thought about the option of seeking natural cures for BV?</p>
<p> Here are some reasons why you should consider curing your BV naturally:</p>
<p> a) BV is conventionally treated with a prescription antibiotics taken either orally or vaginally and may include Ampicillin, Ceftriaxone, Clindamycin, Tetracycline or Metronidazole. These antibiotics tend to kill all the bacteria in the vagina including the good bacteria. While the initial success rates are pretty good for these antibiotics, there is approximately a 30% chance <img src="http://img.youtube.com/vi/NiAOj3-HSSw/default.jpg" alt="" width="425" height="355" />that it will have recurrence within six months of treatment. On the other hand, natural cures for BV which involved making some changes to one&#8217;s diet, the use of vitamin supplements, herbal products and home remedy methods have proven equally effective but with very few or no recurrence at all.</p>
<p> b) Repeated use of these antibiotics may cause the bacteria in the vagina to develop resistance to the drugs and this may give rise to some strains of highly resistant bacteria. Once this happen, the effectiveness of the antibiotics will be reduced and recurrence of BV will occur more frequently. This may subsequently cause more complications and even lead to infertility or into some other forms of more serious infection. Such scenario will not happen if it is treated using natural treatment, products or cure.</p>
<p> c) Medical treatment of BV, which normally includes the consultation, vaginal cream or gel, and antibiotic capsules, will cost you anything between $250 to $500 for a complete antibiotic treatment. This is not a small amount by any standard. Repeated treatments due to recurrences of the BV will further strained your financial situation. This situation will not happen if it is treated naturally. The herbal products and home remedy methods used to treat it will cost you only a few dollars to purchase or prepare.</p>
<p> BV affects between 10% to 64% of the female population at any given time. If it is left untreated, it can cause more serious symptom and even lead to infertility or a potentially serious condition called Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Hence its is better for you to treat your Bacterial Vaginosis early than to regret later.</p>
